Heartland Hospice is currently seeking Veteran Volunteers to spend time with our terminally ill Veteran patients.
Heartland takes pride in our Veteran's and their families.
If you have served in any branch of the military please do not hesitate to contact us.
Veteran Volunteers may be Active or Inactive in the U S Military.

Volunteers are the heart of the hospice team and Heartland Hospice depends on volunteers to help us provide the extra love and care that our patients and their families need at this time in their lives. Hospice volunteers are oriented to the hospice program as well as the hospice philosophy and goals of caring to ensure that they have the skills needed to assist patients and their families. Volunteers offer support, companionship, and practical compassionate help whether it is running errands, staying with the patient so family members can take a break, reading to a patient, or holding someone’s hand.
