The "Tuck-in Calls" Program provides extra support to patients & caregivers. Our in-office Direct Volunteers make the phone calls to our patients on a weekly basis to ensure they have enough supplies and/or medication(s) to last through the weekend.
Calls are made EVERY Thursday morning around 10am to establish a list of requested supplies/Medications from our patients & caregivers. Once the list is collected, it is then passed on to every member of our Grace Hospice team so the supplies/Medication can be ordered then delivered in a timely matter prior to the weekend. This program ensures that our patients needs and desires are adequately met each week!
