Grace Hospice

The "Tuck-in Calls" Program provides extra support to patients & caregivers. Our in-office Volunteers make the phone calls to our patients to ensure they have enough supplies and/or medication(s) to last through the weekend.

Calls are made EVERY Thursday morning to establish a list of requested supplies from our patients & caregivers. Once the list is collected, it is passed on to every member of our Grace Hospice team so the supplies can be ordered then delivered in a timely matter. This program ensures that our patients needs and desires are adequately met each week!

Training is provided for this opportunity. For more information, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Amanda Kaczmarek, at 989-686-9866 or You can also fill out an appliction at
