The "Tuck-in Calls" Program provides extra support to patients & caregivers. Our in-office Direct Volunteers make the phone calls to our patients on a weekly basis to ensure they have enough supplies and/or medication(s) to last through the weekend.

Calls are made EVERY Thursday morning around 10am to establish a list of requested supplies/Medications from our patients & caregivers. Once the list is collected, it is then passed on to every member of our Grace Hospice team so the supplies/Medication can be ordered then delivered in a timely matter prior to the weekend. This program ensures that our patients needs and desires are adequately met each week!

Training is provided for this opportunity. For more information, please contact Amanda Kaczmarek, Volunteer Coordinator: 989-686-9866 or by email: akaczmarek@ghospice.com.
