Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP) is seeking mentors, guest speakers, job shadow hosts, and mock interviewers to become involved with our program. RAMP is a career focused mentoring program for youth with any type of disability.

Youth meet to prepare for the transition from high school to either post-secondary education or employment. Youth do everything from developing social skills, career exploration, financial literacy, weekly goals, resume writing, interview basics and expand independence.

Mentors and guest speakers meet with the youth at various high schools in Houston. Job Shadow Hosts have youth "follow" them at their job site and Job Tour Hosts lead a group of youth around their company describing different careers available and the education needed to attain that profession.

Come help our youth reach their goals!
