Volunteers at Alum Creek State Park Lake participating in a Wear It Ohio! life jacket event.

Performs various ODNR Division of Watercraft activities. Assists with training, teaches boating safety classes, prepares boating safety manuals, coordinates boat safety programs/videos/classes, represents division a boat shows/events, participates in Ohio State Fair activities, assists with State Scenic Rivers Program, conducts/assists with stream quality monitoring and workshops.

Description

The ODNR Division of Parks and Watercraft is responsible for managing Ohio’s 74 state parks and providing the finest outdoor recreational opportunities, including first-class boating services, facilities and law enforcement for users of Ohio’s waterways and public lands.
