Promise Ranch Therapeutic Riding needs some energetic, compassionate, and dedicated volunteers to assist in therapy sessions and therapeutic riding lessons.

Volunteers may assist with horse care and preparation, lead horses, and/or side walk with the rider during sessions.

Volunteers are needed Monday through Saturday, daytime AND evening hours.

Description

Founded in 2009, Promise Ranch is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) for children and adults with disabilities and/or other therapeutic or rehabilitative needs. In addition to Adaptive Riding, Horse-Mounted Therapies -we are providing Outpatient Occupational, Physical and Mental Health Therapies, Unmounted Ground Work and Equine-Assisted Therapies.

We are a Center Member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship Int’l. (PATH Int’l.) and a Facility Member of the American Hippotherapy Association (AHA). We are located in Parker, CO.
