The San Antonio Community Development Corporation (SACDC), was incorporated on July 9, l980 as a nonprofit organization. The membership is comprised of small business owners or managers, professionals, residents, and community oriented persons who live or own businesses in the San Antonio District.

San Antonio Development Corp is rich in the support of youth services, child development, tax support, commnunity revitalization to name only a few.

SACDC has an excellent reputation in the local community as well as throughout the country.

We are seeking volunteers who want to make a difference in the community and be a part of the solution.

SACDC HISTORY

The San Antonio Community Development Corporation (SACDC), was incorporated on July 9, l980 as a nonprofit organization. The membership is comprised of small business owners or managers, professionals, residents, and community oriented persons who live or own businesses in the San Antonio District.

The San Antonio CDC is an outgrowth of the neighborhood's local community development district council. It was developed as an avenue to promote and facilitate community economic development activities, i.e., to produce affordable housing, to revitalize neighborhood commercial districts, and to assist local entrepreneurs in the provision of services to their community.
