Mission Statement
The mission of the Cupertino Historical Society & Museum is to create a passion for lifelong learning, preserve a vanishing past, and serve as a bridge to a shared future. We believe that reflecting a broad representation of experiences, perspectives, and cultures encourages stewardship and interaction, honoring the past and enhancing the lives of current and future citizens.
Description
The Cupertino Historical Society was founded in 1966 to research and document Cupertino's heritage. In 1990 a museum was opened in the Quinlan Community Center to share that heritage with the community. In addition to offering rotating exhibits, the Society offers children's educational programs, a quarterly lecture series, and an informative newsletter. We are a 501(c)3 organization and are not affiliated with the city of Cupertino.
