Chrysalis, a non-profit organization which runs an emergency shelter for victims of domestic abuse, is seeking volunteers to host donation drives of personal products for our residents.
Items we need include:
*School supplies
*Tissue boxes - 50 boxes/month
*Paper towels - 600 rolls/month
*Toilet paper - 300 rolls/month
*Twin-size sheet sets
*Twin-size blankets and comforters
*Pillows
*Mattress covers
*Towels
Non-slip rubber bath mats
Coffee mugs
Coffee (grounds)
Re-usable plastic cups
Pinesol and bleach
Shampoo - 60 full size bottles/month
Conditioner- 60 full size bottles/month
Tooth paste- 50 tubes/month
Tooth brushes- 60/month
Deodorant (women) - 50/month)
Deodorant (men) - 10/month
Liquid body wash - 60 bottles/month
Brushes/combs - 35/month
Shaving razors (women and men) - 50/month
Laundry detergent (High Efficiency) - 40 gallons/ month
Cutlery (metal) -100 spoons
New, packaged underwear - all sizes: Women, children and men
Trash bags - 30 gallon and 13 gallon - 150/month

Description
For over 30 years, Chrysalis has been serving the needs of women, children and men who are trying to break the cycle of domestic violence and abuse. Chrysalis offers a 24-hour crisis shelter, transitional housing, outpatient counseling, victim advocacy, offender treatment, and community outreach and education.
Guided by Chrysalis programs and its staff, clients are equipped with the knowledge and skills to initiate positive changes in their lives and break away from verbal, physical, emotional, financial, and sexual abuse.
Chrysalis supports more than 1,400 individuals each year in its various programs. Volunteers are critical to sustaining the critical services offered at Chrysalis.
