Delivers meals to homebound recipients. Typically delivers 1 day a week. Usually takes approximately 2 hours from time volunteer picks up meals at St Paul Lutheran Church,4450 Harden Blvd, Lakeland, 33813 FL and returns. Pickup time is 10:30 am 2nd location pickup: Lakes Church, 1010 E Memorial Blvd, Lakeland, 33801. Pickup time 9:45 REWARD: helping to end senior hunger!

Description
Meals on Wheels of Polk County delivers 200 meals a day Monday-Friday. We have 250 volunteers that deliver meals, prepare food in the kitchen and work in our Thrift Store. We have 20 routes that deliver to Winter Haven, Lakeland, Auburndale, Haines City and Davenport.
