Assistant Technology Coordinator
Objective
To support the API Technology Coordinator by responding to requests from both API Staff members as well as the general public. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of how computers and the Internet work as well as a desire to learn more.
Responsibilities
Process @attachmentparenting.org email address requests
Provide basic troubleshooting to API Members and the general public that may experience problems accessing the forums, The Attached Family online, and other API pages
Create FAQs as needed
Backup the forums and blogs on a regular basis
Research new technologies that will enhance our online presence
Knowledge
Basic understanding of how computers and the Internet work
Strong written communication skills
Qualifications
Computer with high speed and reliable internet access
Estimated Average Time Commitment
2 to 5 hours per week
