A volunteer-when-you-can position. Volunteers assist in the donor cafe to observe and chat with donors after they give blood and offer them juice/water/snacks. Drives are held in Franklin, Oil City, and Cranberry/Seneca.
Shifts are usually 2 hours in the afternoon/early evening. Two volunteers work together. Drives are conducted on various dates, so volunteers are placed on our call list. Volunteers can accept or refuse the assignment as their schedule allows.
A great assignment for those who enjoy people and want flexibility.

Description
The Senior Volunteer Program of Venango County provides opportunities for people age 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. SVP of Venango County volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to many hours a week, helping to make Venango County a great place to live!
