We are a very small nonprofit that gives rides to seniors. Each month we bill approximately 100 customers. They need to be input into Quickbooks online and also we post approximately 100 expenses. We also need someone to go back four years and reconcile those months in quickbooks online.
We can bring you the old files and we can email you the bank statements going forward and give you access to quickbooks online.

We believe that transportation is a link to independence, quality of life and social interaction. We provide door-through-door community-based and community-supported transportation for seniors and the visually impaired 365 days a year year.
Description
Nutmeg Senior Rides, Inc.changes lives one ride at a time. We provide transportation in private cars for seniors over 50 and the visually impaired over 18 in the towns of Bloomfield, East Granby, East Windsor, Enfield, Granby, Somers, South Windsor, Suffield, Windsor and Windsor Locks. Members pay a $40 annual fee for individuals and affordable charges for each ride.
Up to 2 miles $5 each way
3-5 miles $10 each way
6-7 miles $14 each way
8-13 miles $19 each way
Over 14 miles $25 each way
We rely on a combination of volunteer and paid drivers and are available for extended hours when you plan ahead.
