You can help others in your community by volunteering for just 2-3 hours per month. Volunteering in areas that are close to your home, office or school. You decide your location from the areas we serve.

Volunteers are needed to visit with patients, read to them, perhaps from a novel or scripture, talk with them, pray with them, or just hold their hands and be in the moment.

Are you unemployed at the moment, if so, volunteering looks great on your resume.

Administrative help is always welcomed in our office; mass church mailings, assembling training manuals, etc. . The benefits for the volunteers are endless. You can make a difference !!!! Stop and think about joining Heartland Hospice. After a training class you can become a friendly visitor to our patients!!
