We are looking for a few more pontoon captains to take our residents out on beautiful Lake Johanna.
This will be the second season for our new pontoon, which is docked on our private property.
The pontoon was custom designed for older adults and wheelchairs. A staff member will be on the pontoon at all times.
Our residents love getting out on the lake. Many of them have lived on a lake and owned a boat of their own.
Our resident pontoon rides are scheduled from June through August.
It takes about 20 minutes for residents to board the pontoon, the ride is usually under an hour, and then another 20 minutes to unload the pontoon.
Drivers must be willing to take an online certification test at our expense or show proof of certification.
Orientation and checklist are provided.
