If you are a creative person who'd like to share your talent and passion for art with others, come join our team of volunteers! Braille Institute is searching for volunteers to teach various forms of Creative Arts classes. Painting, clay building, weaving, seasonal crafts -- anything goes! You will help our blind and visually impaired adults build tactile skills and discover hidden talents. Weekday classes are typically held once a week, mornings and afternoons, for 2 hours.
No experience in working with people with vision loss is necessary. Training will be provided.
