Library volunteers greet patrons as they enter the library and assist if needed, in finding materials. Our volunteer librarians also check books and DVDs in and out and field incoming phone calls and inqueries as well as help us maintain order and cleanliness.

Stonewall National Museum and Archives is the largest LGBTQ lending library and archives in the S.E. US and one of the largest of its kind, anywhere. We have over 28,000 titles, hundreds of DVDs and thousands of periodicals along with organizational and individual papers detailing the LGBTQ movement.
