We are always looking for new Special Event volunteers! Special Event Volunteers assist at various fundraisers and other events ( Drive it Home Vehicle Raffle, Parents' Night In, Southern Hot Wing Festival, C.A.M.P. Wishing Well, Buddy Up Fore Kids, Clays for Kids, Pop Tab Palooza, Radiothon and Holiday Store) that are sponsored by or that benefit Ronald McDonald House of Memphis. These Volunteers are the public face of Ronald McDonald House, and must be a positive representation of "The House That Love Built" to the community.
Special Event Volunteers help make each event a success by promoting the mission of the House in the community and by helping raise awareness and much-needed donations. Volunteers must be resourceful, positive and able to handle a variety of tasks involved with hosting our fundraising events.
The minimum age is 16 years old for Special Event Volunteers. You will start receiving emails regarding our upcoming special event volunteer opportunities after we receive your completed special event volunteer application.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis, at no charge to our guests, provides supportive services and keeps families close while their children are receiving treatment for cancer and other catastrophic childhood illnesses at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Description
Ronald McDonald House Charities, a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) corporation, creates, finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and well being of children. Its grassroots-driven programs offer help where children need it most - right in their own communities. RMHC makes an immediate, positive impact on children's lives through its global network of local Chapters in 52 countries and regions and its three core programs: the Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Room and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile. These programs provide a bridge to accessible health care and allow families more time together, which helps in the healing process. RMHC and its global network of local Chapters also have hundreds of millions of dollars in grants and program services to children's programs around the world.
