This program offers an exceptional opportunity to make an impact on girls in our elementary schools. A team of mentors shares the responsibility of meeting with a group of fourth-/fifth-grade girls on a regular basis. This volunteer opportunity is perfect for anyone who is retired, wants to volunteer on a part-time schedule, and/or wants to make a difference in a young girl’s life without the commitment of a one-to-one relationship. Volunteers are needed in the following Cincinnati Public Schools: Hartwell, Hays Porter, Mt. Airy and Pleasant Ridge. All are after-school programs between the hours of 2pm - 5pm. Girls Club is an exciting way to expose young ladies to new and different opportunities they would not ordinarily experience.
