Technology Volunteers needed to assist staff with helping customers overcome the Digital Divide at the Central and branch libraries in various zip code areas. Technology Volunters will work directly with the public sharing their knowledge, patience and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, while handling multiple technology requests. Duties also include assisting customers with job search efforts. Be willing to learn new technologies and have fun! Commit to 6 months of service at 2-3 hours per week, and commit to the training, orientation and shadowing requirements. Training is ongoing throughout the year.
