This philosophy of hope is at the heart of the hospice movement and at the heart of the care we deliver to every patient. Community Home Care & Hospice believes that hospice is about hope. It’s the belief that quality of life can and should be profoundly enriched at all junctures. It’s the hope that life’s conclusion can be experienced with profound dignity and enriched with the empowerment that control and choice brings.

Every day hospice works to improve the quality of life of those with a life-limiting illness. We focus on controlling pain and managing the symptoms of disease while maintaining the highest quality of life. It’s about enriching the days and months that remain. This translates into more days free of pain, days to share with loved ones, days where life can triumph over illness.

Hospice encompasses not only the patient but also cares for the family with emotional and respite support as well as bereavement services. We encourage an environment where patients have opportunities to express their feelings and to share and relish the time that remains.
