There are many ways you can help older adults in your own community, including volunteering during Elderly Services levy campaigns; attending town hall meetings; sending messages to elected officials to keep them engaged in issues related to older adults; or writing a letter to the editor of your local paper.
The next round of levies begin with Butler County in 2015, followed by Warren (2016), Hamilton (2017) and Clinton (2017) counties
Volunteers may help place yard signs and/or large display signs at specified locations. More information will be available as the campaigns for these levies are organized and begin work. For more information about the Elderly Services Program levies, please visit www.helpourelderly.com.The levies provide services such as Meals on Wheels that help older adults remain independent in their homes.

Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities, their families and caregivers. We promote choice, independence, dignity and well-being through a range of services that help people remain in their homes for as long as possible.
COA is a state-designated Area Agency on Aging, serving a 21-county region. One call to COA links people to the wide variety of agencies, information and programs that serve older adults and people with disabilities.
