Gardening helpers needed. JFS has always provided our clients with a food pantry but we are now fulfilling our dream to provide fresh vegetables as well. If you like to be outside as well as give back to the community, this opportunity is for you!
JFS has raised bed gardens located behind our office building.
Garden helpers will learn about gardening and assist weeding, watering, and picking vegetables that will feed those in need. We are seeking volunteers to assist in caring for the garden approximately 30 minutes / week on the day of your choice.
