Mission Statement

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life by managing pain and symptoms while promoting the physical, emotional and spiritual well being of our patients. Our goal is to ease the emotional burdens and suffering of patients and their families who deserve our full attention as they experience the end of life's journey.

Description

Hospice is not about giving up, but rather about making more meaningful moments possible. Reliable Hospice is dedicated to providing hospice services that are intended to meet the physical, psychosocial, practical and spiritual needs of hospice patients, as well as those of their families and caregivers. The patient"s core hospice team members (registered nurse, medical social worker, physician, clergy, and home health aides) are available to patients and family/caregivers seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day.

Hospice services are provided to terminally ill patients in the comfort and familiarity of their place of residence, which could be in the patients' private home, a skilled nursing facility, adult foster care, or other living arrangements.

We serve patients and their families throughout the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Bernadino areas. If you are interested in volunteering we have patients near you that would benefit from your companionship.
