Early Start Development Inc. is looking for online and face-to-face facilitators to support a mental Health Awareness Project(s), to support the youth we serve through mentoring. their families and the community. We are partnering with other agencies, organizations, and individuals to assist with bringing awareness, discussing support mechanisms, providing resources, and educating on this topic and our community. We are seeking facilitators, trainers, speakers, authors on the subject area, and vendors (with resources to support) to participate in webinars, symposiums, and group discussions.

The PEARLS Mentoring Program

The ESD P.E.A.R.L.S. Program promotes interactive activities and discussions (individual and group) creating positive change, invoking an assured sense of self-value, as well as nurturing passion, integrity, culture, and respect among females.

The ONYX Mentoring Program

The Onyx Mentoring Program is designed to assist males in learning to be self sufficient and explore opportunities to enhance academic and positive social skills. The Onyx program provides group/team, and e-mentoring activities to assist young males in developing their personal, social, academic, and future professional skills.

Early Start Development is a community-based organization (501c3) developing leaders and providing opportunities involving education, mentoring, career preparation, technology, entrepreneurship, service learning, and leadership deelopment! Early Start Development's mission is designed to build community partnerships and collaborations to assist in connecting resources with high need youth and adults to help build critical thinking, leadership, service contributors, in an empowering learning environment, through involvement with career and life coaches and life-learning activities while enhancing confidence, awareness and pride in their character, work and community involvement .

Early Start Development's most popular programs:

The ESD P.E.A.R.L.S. Program influences females ages 11-30 in every area of their lives. Females involved in the PEARLS Mentoring process are engaged in becoming women who understand and embrace their purpose and influence on life personally, professionally, spiritually, and within their communities.

The ESD Onyx Mentoring Program empowers males through inner 'self' change, caring relationships, positive interactions, collaborative activities, and service. The Onyx Mentoring Program is designed to assist males in learning to be self sufficient and explore opportunities to enhance academic and positive social skills. The Onyx program provides group/team, and e-mentoring activities to assist young males in developing their personal, social, academic, and future professional skills.

The ESD Entrepreneur Institute has adopted the National Content Standards for Entrepreneurship Education developed by the Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education to help in preparing youth for self-sufficiency. Our program begins with youth in middle school through college. Participants involved in the ESD Entrepreneur Institute receive 400 contact hours of intense work involving the stages of the entrepreneurial process
