Every year, between 500 to 600 guests attend our gala to support WildAid’s programs while having a fantastic time. Our devoted volunteers are an integral part of making this event a fun and enjoyable evening for our guests. We greatly appreciate your help!!!

- Silent Auction Monitors
- Guest check out
- Check out runners
EVENT OVERVIEW:
4:00-4:30 - Walk through
4:30-5:15 - We will provide a vegetarian dinner, location TBD
5:15 - Return to Winter Garden and Ballroom to assist in your specific role 6:00 - Doors open and guests arrive
11:00 - Likely finished for the evening
Format: Cocktail reception, 3 course dinner, silent & live auction, awards/ presentation, musical entertainment

We produce innovative multimedia campaigns to promote demand reduction, and secure over $100 million of media sponsorship and editorial coverage. We reach audiences of 1 billion worldwide with our messages.
