Help seniors stay independent in their homes by doing minor home repair and yard work. Work individually or with a partner and make a big difference in local homeowner's lives. Projects include yard clean-up, installation of railings and safety bars, minor plumbing, and other small jobs. Homeowners cover all the material costs. Volunteer according to your schedule (once a week, once a month).

Mission Statement
Interfaith Community Services is a non-profit agency that helps seniors, disabled individuals and people in financial crisis in Pima County achieve stable and independent lives though support from over 950 volunteers, 109 faith communities and the community-at-large. We share a common belief that our diverse faiths call us to serve those in need. Our services and volunteer opportunities are open and welcoming to all regardless of faith tradition. We remain true to our founding value of helping those in need with "Love, Cooperation and Service."
Description
Our multiple services are often the "safety net" that help our recipients remain or become stabilized, enabling them to lead independent lives. We are providing services for thousands of people in need. Over the past year, we have provided 45,714 services, over 20.034 individuals were served and provided $650,098 of financial services.
