Midland County Search and Rescue is organized exclusively to safely locate and assist with stabilizing and transporting missing persons of Midland County and surrounding communities on behalf of the office of the Sheriff of Midland County.
We are looking for physically fit men and women, 18 and older, who are interested in community service and like to be out of doors. This is not a walk in the woods. We are looking for people who will be dedicated to helping their neighbors who are lost. This volunteer opportunity will require an ongoing commitment to training. But the personal reward of finding a lost individual and saving a life cannot be described.
