About

Mentor youth and teach them social and life skills, to positively impact their attitudes toward becoming productive adults. Provide a safe place, mentoring and educational opportunities for youth. Train youth to be accountable for themselves and the communty. Mentor youth at mobile sites include the following: - Great Empowering Motivational Sessions (GEMS, which consist of Girl Pride (ages 12-18), Sugar & Spice (ages 5-11) and Young Men Who Dare (ages 6-12); Saginaw County Juvenile Detention Center; Intermediate School District; Saginaw North Charter Academy; and SVRC/Learn To Earn Academy.

In 2015, developed Students and Futue Technology program to bring advanced Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) training to disadvantage students. We want to create a learning environment that increases the use of digital tools to enhance student learning. We focus on "Blended Learning" whcih is the marriage of digital content,, tools and online resources with traditional teaching methods to support student learning.
