Goal: Get moving, get healthy and have fun helping older adults combat obesity and improve their health. Conduct community presentations that encourage healthier food choices and increase physical activity.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate presentations at area senior centers and residences that focus on nutrition education to help older adults select and prepare healthy meals;
- Lead fitness and physical activity modules.
- Record attendance, collect and report data as needed.
