The ability to speak English can improve someone's life chances and those of their children enormously because they can get much better paid jobs.
If you can speak English fluently you can help people to improve their English quickly, just by talking to them.
We are looking for fluent English speakers who can help our students to practise their English online using applications such as Skype.
Every week our students study a lesson, do some exercises and then call English speakers to practise the language from the lesson.
It takes just a few minutes for them to say what they need to say and then you can have an unstructured conversation or ask them how to discuss what they said in English in their first language so that you can learn it (they might be Italian or Chinese for example).
You don't need to prepare before you speak or know what they are going to talk about. Just being your natural self is what will help them the most.
You meet them in a closed and monitored Facebook group initially and you can choose who you talk to and when you talk. They will finish the practice and say 'good bye' and not waste your time.
The topics are interesting and practical, often amusing, but never offensive.
Please help us to help English learners all over the world and make a few new friends at the same time.

To teach more people to speak English in considerably less time and for a lot less money.
Description
Our downloadable courses are incredibly affordable and work with online tools like Google Meet and Microsoft Teams video or audio calls to facilitate real practice with fluent and native speakers as an integral part of every single lesson.
Our materials were crowdsourced over 7 years and then professionally produced. They can get a beginner speaker up two or three speaking levels and comfortable speaking in just 10 sessions (unusual claim we know but it is true and we post before and after videos online of real learners we have worked with personally).
Our whole learning strategy is social and utilises an online mentoring platform to make it easy to bring people together.
We are looking for a regular supply of volunteers who have the following abilities:
1) They speak English fluently
2) They are online
3) They can use Google Meet + Microsoft Teams.
Volunteers will also have the opportunity to build their own on and offline English training business as we have inexpensive materials that any English speaker can use to guide English learners who need a little help to get going.
