Dress for Success Phoenix
The primary responsibility of a Career Specialist is to assist clients in applying for employment and preparing for interviews. Career Specialists may: assist/teach the client to complete job applications online; work with the client to refine her resume; assess the client's media presence and educate the client; conduct mock interviews; or anything else that will help to prepare the client for a successful interview. Career Specialists are expected to keep the Career Center clean and organized.

The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools so women are able to thrive in life and in work.
Dress for Success Phoenix helps women move toward self-sufficiency. We provide each woman with one suit when she has a job interview. When she successfully lands a job, she returns to Dress for Success for a second suit and up to a week's worth of business appropriate separates. She also receives an invitation to join the Professional Women's Group, our employment retention service.
