Would you enjoy helping support our mission by keeping track of incoming donations, client services and the administrative functions of our annual fundraiser?
We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to coordinate the donation procedure for monetary and non-monetary (e.g. baby items) donations, and keeping track of client services in the database.
The Donations Coordinator also leads the administrative aspects of fund-raising (entering donations into website database, mail merging solicitation letters, mail merging thank yous, coordinating ad book creation).
Regular time commitment: 2 1/2 hrs, once a week (days/times flexible).
