We strongly believe in the valuable role that volunteers play in transforming the lives of our members. As little as one hour per week is all it takes to have a positive impact on a child's life. Every Club offers volunteer opportunities for adults to work directly with youth as mentors and tutors, and by providing career guidance, internships and college preparation support. We also welcome corporations seeking one day, project-based volunteer opportunities. Volunteering your time can make a real difference in a young person's life. As a volunteer, it can make a real difference in your life, too. There are many opportunities to volunteer with the Boys & Girls Clubs of El Paso as a fundraiser, board member, or sharing your time and talents as a dependable volunteer at a Club.

Boys & Girls Clubs of El Paso is very serious about our responsibility for the youth in our care. We are proud of our excellent reputation as a safe haven for youth. BGCEP has been a national leader in adopting significant and proactive child protection guidelines and processes. Therefore, all volunteers must undergo a thorough screening process that includes:
