Do you have a special talent in art or music? Or do you have a background in recreation therapy? Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services Mental Health Children Services is looking for individual or student with this type of training, background or talents to engage our young patients in recreational therapy to help them better in expressing their emotions or managing the symptoms of their ailment. It is great opportunity to practice or gain experience in recreational therapy. It is also a great internship (non-paid) opportunity for school credits. Hours are flexible during 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Description
Services provided include Child Protective Services (CPS) and Senior and Adult Services (SAS). SAS consists of Adult Protective Services, In-Home Supportive Services and the Public Administrator/Public Guardian/Public Conservator.
