Lots of bending, reaching, pushing, grasping, twisting, lifting and knowing, reading, understanding the English alphabet so all items are correctly shelved/ordered for ease of shopping. Sometimes close quarters, CLOSED TOED SHOES REQUIRED, minimum age 15, sorry no children under the age of 15 permitted. Lots of standing and moving, some seated time possible, but it is mostly standing.
