1 Day / Week - 4 Hour Shift
Substitute Position also available - 4 Hour Shift
We are looking for 4 volunteer receptionists to join our team right away. This is a fun, fast paced position where you get to greet people over the phone and in person, answer questions about our programs, and register people for classes. Training is provided. Choose between a weekly morning or afternoon shift. (Example: Fridays from 12:30pm to 4:30pm each week).

Description
NorthWest Senior Center was formed in 1973 and in 1975 became a community partner of Sound Generations (at the time Senior Services of Seattle / King County) and has been serving Ballard, Queen Anne, and Magnolia seniors without interuption since then. We offer a daily nutritional lunch program, health care services, assistance and counciling, social work and support groups, exercise opportunities, field trips, and a myriad of classes and special interest clubs and groups. Our 5 person staff is assisted by more than 500 volunteers a year as we serve the needs of over 4,000 individuals each year. Numerous volunteer opportunities are available friendly, handworking, and dedicated people.
