Kindred Hospice is looking for volunteers in the Bedford Indiana area.
Volunteers needed to provide companionship for terminally ill patients living in Bedford, Indiana.
Volunteers do not provide any nursing...they simply visit patients.
- talk with patients
- read to patients
- attend activities in the nursing home with patient
- provide care-giver relief for the family of a hospice patient
- help with light housekeeping duties such as washing dishes, making bed, dusting, sweeping.
