Monitor SAF Emergency Messaging via web-based system to ensure timely delivery, quality verification and compassionate follow up with military families.
- Maintain confidentiality of caller and service member
- Understand the Casework Continuum and related processes
- Gain access to web-based casework tool and review all cases serviced during given shift
- Complete necessary documentation
- Ensure any interruption in message delivery is addressed immediately though the proper channels
- Stay updated and knowledgable of SAF policy/procedure and disseminate information to team members
