Come join our energetic team of volunteers at Opportunity Shop and help us run a thrift store that raises funds to support our ongoing humanitarian aid to disadvantaged children. Opportunity Shop is a thrift boutique that offers pristine clothing and furniture. There is something to do for everyone. Our volunteers enthusiastically sort, hang, steam, and price clothing. If you are the more creative type show off your talent and start decorating the store and organizing the merchandise. Whatever your special talents are we will have the right job waiting for you.
Opportunity Shop is a great place for teen volunteers who wish to get some entrepreneurial experience and community service hours.
Retired and bored? Please stop by and take advantage of our flexible schedule without any obligation and commitment.
You can come in as little or as much as you like. Store is open everyday from 10:30-6

Mission Statement
Focus on Children Now (FCN) is driven by the motto, "Break the poverty cycle, one child at a time." A registered 501(c)3 charity based in California, FCN is focused on helping impoverished children in the need of access to the basic necessities of life.
Description
As a young charity, FCN has had tremendous success helping over 60,000 children and their families by distributing donated clothing, shoes, school supplies, toys and medical supplies, allowing the beneficiating children to feel more confident about entering society and shrugging off the stigma of poverty. FCN's Children's Nutrition Program compliments the Humanitarian Aid Program as it focuses on communities that need help by providing daily nutrition during the school days. FCN, with the gracious support of our sponsors and donors, strives to bring a relentless pursuit and passion for health, education and hope to disadvantaged children, no matter where they live.
FCN collaborates with various international organizations with a similar mission and objectives. We are actively seeking partners to expand our network to reach disadvantaged children.
FCN is indebted to all those who have contributed monetarily, socially, and morally to the success of its programs.
