Our refugee clients have a myriad of important destinations they have to get to. Medical checkups, Social Security, shopping, School, job interviews, and more. Getting a driver's license (and a car!) is not an easy task for them and their many needs cannot wait for that to happen.
That is where you come in!
Volunteers are needed to help refugees attend their appointments and to perform needed tasks. If you have time to donate, a dependable vehicle and a driver's license then please join our team!
For more information or to set up an interview appointment please respond to this post or contact Larry Newman, Volunteer Manager, at 252-344-1155 or lnewman@helpingrefugees.org
