Just a little closet cleaning could help someone living in poverty find a job.

Why not host a career clothing drive at your place of business or worship? Greater Twin Cities United Way provides funding to 36 jobs training programs. Each program is very different - everything from construction to nursing. Most of the candidates in the program cannot afford appropriate clothing for interviews or employment.

We are seeking men's and women's new or gently used:

  • Shirts/Blouses
  • Slacks
  • Suits
  • Business jackets
  • Purses, belts, jewelry, scarves and other accessories
  • Briefcases
  • Shoes
  • Outerwear - coats, hats, mittens and boots
  • Jeans

Volunteer United staff can assist you with the details.
