The Nine Network (KETC) is looking for a volunteer ambassador to help deliver great customer service to our viewers and members by serving as a customer service associate.
This role requires a volunteer who is capable of fielding phone calls about our programs and services. In addition, our customer service associate would need to be comfortable with light database work and help with occasional mailings.
For this role, we would prefer someone with: prior customer service experience or proven customer service skills, enjoy working with people, interest or knowledge of PBS/Nine Network programming, basic computer and internet skills, patience, and ability to multi-task. Previous receptionist, previous database experience customer service or assistant experience is an advantage.
Complete training of our phone system and member database will be provided.
Time Commitment: Very flexible; 1 to 3 days a week; 2 to 6 hours at a time. We ask that a customer service associate commit to this role for at least 6 months.
