Deliver and pick up blood and supplies on designated routes leaving and returning to our MATHER lab driving a company vehicle. Friendly, courteous, dependable volunteers with great customer service skills are needed to support Hospital Services and the hospitals we serve.

Must have a CA driver’s license and a good driving record and be at least 25 years old for this volunteer opportunity. You will drive a Vitalant vehicle.

Volunteer for one route per week. Routes are set times 6 days a week from approximately 10:30 am-5 pm. Weekend routes are later in the day.

Work independently once trained.

Make an impact on the community by helping patients in need.

Leaving from and returning to the lab at MATHER.

Vitalant ("Vye-TAL-ent") is the nation’s largest independent, nonprofit blood services provider exclusively focused on providing lifesaving blood and comprehensive transfusion medicine services for about 900 hospitals and their patients across the U.S. Every day, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,300 blood, platelet and plasma donations to help save lives.
