Administrative Assistants Needed for Local Animal Rescue (Volunteer Position)

Second Chance Pet Adoptions is looking for administrative assistant volunteers, for 3 or more hour shifts. Shifts available Monday to Friday 11 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm.

Must be good with people as you will be interacting with the public. Must have good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be OK with downtime.

We are looking for people who are interested in filling at least one shift per week on a regular schedule.

Duties will be to greet the public, and provide administrative support to the Shelter Director by providing a wide range of administrative duties in a casual environment.

We are the triangle area's oldest no-kill animal rescue organization. We have a shelter facility that houses cats with temporary space for a limited number of dogs. This position is located at that facility. Please note this is volunteer role and not a paid position.
