Private malpractice insurance.
Unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Ohio.
DUTIES:
1. Annual verification of physician credentials by Reach Out.
2. Notification of malpractice carriers of his/her intent to volunteer at Reach Out.
3. Provide quality professional medical services to the underserved/uninsured population of Montgomery County.
4. Follow Reach Out’s formularies and referral policies.
5. Maintain positive customer relations within a diversified patient population. Please notify Reach Out staff of any bilingual abilities.

Mission : Reach Out's mission is to provide access to health care services for the underserved / uninsured population in Montgomery County, without restraints, utilizing the professional skills of volunteer physicians, nurses and other health care professionals.
Description
Reach Out of Montgomery County is a non-profit safety net organization delivering quality medical care to the uninsured in our community. Reach Out offers comprehensive medical services including multiple evening clinics, access to a charitable pharmacy and case management into primary care medical homes. Reach Out partners with over 8 area universities and colleges to train students in community health. The clinics are staffed with volunteer physicians, nurses, pharmacists, translators and medical students supported by community clerical help.
