Do you care about the future of Africa? Do you believe that Africa's pressing issues can only be best solved by Africans? If you do, you are the person we are looking for. URF is looking to establish a Leadership Institute in rural Uganda to train a generation of responsible and accountable leaders who will take charge of Africa's development processes.
We are looking for an intern to research various leadership training models used by other institutions in Africa and around the world. Information gathered would be used to design a leadership curriculum suited for the needs of our rural population. Your role will also involve forging partnerships with similar institutions and researching funding opportunities for the institute.
