The webmaster will be responsible for taking care of the analytical part of the website - he/she must make sure that the uptime and availability of the website is close to 100%, if not 100%. The webmaster will need to calculate how fast a webpage loads, adjusts the size accordingly for each web browser, and perform all possible tasks to keep a website from crashing and to block hackers from making the website inaccessible. He/She must make sure that the website is bug-free and hack-free. He/She will be in charge of the database in the website. For example, our non-profit organization accepts donations. Every time someone subscribes or donates, the webmaster must make sure to add names to the subscriber or donor list. He/She must make sure that the database is always updated. A webmaster must also make banner links for the organization to be posted on other web pages. He/she must always track the individual clicks made on his client’s banner. He/she must always make sure that all the links are working properly and that the videos and audios are streaming properly.
