- Meet the disaster caused needs of clients though out the Pikes Peak Chapter's jurisdiction by strategically identifying facilities and securing emergency shelter agreements for use during disaster relief.
- Willingness to support Red Cross mission
- Provide data entry of facilities in to the National Shelter System (NSS)
- Update ecisting agteements every six months in Janurary and July
- Maintain accurate facilities database electronically and provide hard copies of all agreements, updated and existing, to Emergency Services Director's Shelter Book
- In collaboration with the Supply Specialist, maintain Chapter's shelter supplies
- Attend National Logistics conference calls monthly
- Communicate regularly via email, telephone, or in person with other members of Logistics team
- Inspect facility and negotiate and complete Facility Agreement ensuring they meet Risk Management standards
- Monitor usage and/or damage to facilities
- Return supplies, furniture and equipment
- Sit or stand for long periods of time
- Life 50 pounds repeatedly
