I just read an article that says volunteering makes you happy! You might think that being a hospice volunteer is not something that would make you happy but you would be surprised. One of the philosophies of hospice is quality of life. Even when faced with a terminal diagnosis many people want to stay involved and enjoy having a friendly visit along with a friendly face. Add some happiness to your life and become a hospice volunteer!
