Make a difference in the life of a senior by helping them with their cognition, loss of purposefulness and become more social and positive. You too will receive countless benefits by be connected to others and it will give you a more positive outlook on life and you may even develop some new skills.
- We arelooking for friendly people.
- Are you a good listener?
- Do you enjoy reading to others?
- Can you give 1 hour a week or every other week? Or once a month?
We will conenct you with 3-4 residents who are eager to meet you and desire someone to visit them on a permanent basis. You will be making a great impact on the lives of our seniors.

Beacon Hill at Eastgate provides housing and health care services to older adults who choose to meet their ongoing physical, social, and spiritual needs in a Christian family environment.
Description
Most of our volunteers work with seniors and make a difference in the lives of the elderly. Many are lonely and look forward to seeing the smiling face of a volunteer. Volunteers help us to enhance the lives of our residents. As well as many of our volunteers have found that our residents do the same for them.
